Admin rollout for small Gmail-native teams
DraftAlert is a lightweight Gmail Add-on. No agents, no browser extensions, no new apps to learn.

Pilot rollout options
There are two ways to deploy DraftAlert:
- Admin-deployed — install from the Google Workspace Admin Console and assign to selected users or groups. Users see DraftAlert in their Gmail sidebar immediately.
- Individual install — each user installs from the Google Workspace Marketplace themselves. No admin action required.
Pilots start small. One pod, up to 10 users. Prove the value with real behavior before expanding.
What data DraftAlert accesses

DraftAlert never reads, stores, or processes the body of any email or draft.
What users see after install
- DraftAlert sidebar in Gmail — shows overdue drafts with snooze, dismiss, and open-in-Gmail controls
- Reminders for overdue drafts — configurable timing, repeat interval, and max reminders per draft
- Snooze and dismiss controls — quick presets (1h, 4h, 1d, 1w, 1mo) or pick an exact date and time
- Digest email summaries — a single email listing all overdue drafts, with inline action buttons
How removal works
Users or admins can remove DraftAlert at any time. There are multiple paths:
- Uninstall via Marketplace — removes the add-on from Gmail
- Revoke permissions — visit myaccount.google.com/permissions and remove DraftAlert
- Delete data from sidebar — open the DraftAlert sidebar in Gmail, go to Settings, and click "Delete my data"
- Email request — send a deletion request to privacy@draftalert.email and we will process it within 30 days
